Residents may choose between a refundable security deposit equal to half of one month’s rent or a $500 non-refundable deposit waiver fee.

What should new residents expect on move-in day?
On move-in day, residents will pick up their keys at the leasing office. A staff member will walk through the apartment with the resident to ensure everything is ready and answer any questions.
What is your move-out process?
Residents must provide a 60-day written notice prior to moving out. Please contact the leasing office to schedule any required walkthroughs and return keys at move-out.
